Refund policy
Goods to be returned for credit or exchange must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. The return must include the original packaging & labelling and be in new/resale condition. No used items will be considered for a credit or exchange.
Goods may be returned within 14 days of receipt for credit or exchange.
All courier/delivery costs for the return and the exchanged item will be for the customer’s account.
Equestrian Affair will assume responsibility for the return shipping expenses in the event that the return is necessitated by our oversight or error, such as the receipt of an incorrect or defective item.
No credits, refunds or exchanges will be authorised for sale and/or clearance items.

Where the appropriate item is not available for exchange a coupon code will be issued to the customer. This coupon can be redeemed at the customer’s convenience for a future purchase via our online portal at www.equestrianaffair.co.za.
It is important to note that online coupons cannot be redeemed in-store at any of our brick and mortar stores.
During a sale, it is the responsibility of the customer to redeem any Discount Codes or Vouchers upon checkout. Equestrian Affair cannot refund any customer for any errors made by the customer during the checkout process.
