Shipping policy

Please note that all online orders received are dispatched from our Johannesburg branch.

Door-to-door delivery is provided through our contracted courier services. All online orders are dispatched using the standard delivery (72 – 96 hours) option.

Additionally, the PostNet to PostNet delivery option allows you to specify the choice of your nearest PostNet branch for collection.

Online orders with a purchase total of R 1 500 or more qualify for free delivery across South Africa. This offer applies to our courier partners' standard economy shipping and does not include same-day or overnight delivery.

Delivery rates are calculated based on a parcel’s volumetric weight, actual weight, destination and specified delivery service.

Tracking information for your parcel will be emailed to you electronically. Your parcel can be tracked online throughout the various delivery stages.

Online orders are processed and dispatched during office hours, Monday – Friday from 08h30 to 16h00 (excluding public holidays). All orders received over weekends or on public holidays will be processed and dispatched on the following working day.

Please be aware that the processing and dispatch of orders may be delayed over Black Friday and the Festive Season due to high demand and staffing constraints.

Most orders with a delivery address within main or regional areas are delivered within the specified 72 – 96 hours from dispatch. However, the delivery time for outlying and rural areas can extend for up to an additional 72 – 96 hours as these areas are not serviced by the couriers on a daily basis. Please note that these delivery time estimates exclude weekends and public holidays.
