Transaction Currency:

· All transactions will be processed and concluded in South African Rand (ZAR).

· The following payment methods are accepted via our website:

o Credit card payments

o Direct payments via EFT or bank deposit

· EFT payments have to reflect in our bank account before the order concerned will be despatched.

Online Promotional Coupon Codes:

The Equestrian Affair online store will on occasion and by its own discretion issue promotional discount coupon codes for use on www.equestrianaffair.co.za.

Such promotional discount coupons will be shared with clients on the various marketing communication platforms.

Clear terms and conditions will be supplied with the coupon code including an expiry date.

Only one coupon code may be applied at checkout at any one time.

Promotional discount coupons can never be used to further discount sale items online.

Online promotional discount coupons cannot be redeemed in-store under any circumstances.

Governing Law:

The Conditions will be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa whose Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute, save that we have the right, at our sole discretion, to commence and pursue proceedings in alternative jurisdictions.
